Finding our Way

psalms-139-7-8When it feels like God has abandoned us or left us to figure everything out by ourselves,  Today’s Promise reminds us that God is always there for us.   Our desperation actually helps us call out to Jesus, and allows Him to guide us out of the mess we’re in.    We have to admit that we need help.  We have to turn to Him by going to church, reading our Bible or praying.   There’s no place we can run to, no place we can hide, no place we find ourselves that His love isn’t willing to climb down into and walk us out.    He helps us find our way.     “Dear Jesus, Please help me.  I don’t know how I got here, and I don’t know the way out of this.”

“One touch from God was all it took. Depression left me, suicide left me, and every ounce of pain and shame was unraveled and pulled away from me. ” – excerpt from Amber’s Story
