This is a new workshop that I hadn’t had a chance to be a part of before. Yesterday a small group of recently widowed folks worked through some incredibly difficult pieces of their journey, and it was so encouraging to watch them face their pain and make decisions that nobody wants to make. One had 5 years since their loss, and another 5 weeks. Each story different, but each understood by the other. If the Loss of a Spouse is part of your story, I am sorry. I hope you can find one of these two-hour workshops in your area. Nobody wants to go, but there is something powerful about being in the midst of others that understand your unique pain that will help make the walk forward a little easier.
