We matter. A lot.

“My identity and worth come from a place that rises far above the world around me. It comes from the One who created me and loves me unconditionally and without limits.”  – excerpt from Paul’s Story

Worrying about the details and meeting our needs can consume us, especially when we can’t see how the bills will be paid, or how we will get the things we need.  Maybe it’s getting the car fixed or new clothes, maybe it’s medical bills or even just the rent.   Maybe it’s an emotional need of knowing that we matter enough for someone to help us or accept us or even love us.  Not knowing how our needs will be met can get downright scary…unless we know where to go.   God promises to freely give us all that we need, because He cares for us.   Bring these worries to Him.  He loves us and values us enough to give up His own son for us.  Hang on to that value.  You matter to Him.  Yes, you.  We all do.  Who is JesusJesus told us that if God cares even for the sheep and the flowers, then there’s no need for us be anxious about these things.  When worry or despair creeps in, we can cling to that hope…the hope that He loves us, that we are important to Him, and that He takes care of us.   He will meet our needs.  Remember who you are to Him.  Someone that matters.  Someone that is valued.  Someone that is loved without limits.
